JohnnyMac wrote:Ok fellas, been working with Bert Knol of Global Hotelware in TO, one of Spiegelau's Canadian importers. Spiegelau has advised that they will not sell direct.

Bert can offer us;
48-96 glasses = $18.04/2 pack ($9.02/glass)
96-288 glasses = $16.40/2 pack ($8.20/glass)
288+ = $15.74/2 pack ($7.87/glass)

Plus tax, FOB TO

I asked about getting our logo installed;
Hi John,

Dogfish Head and Sierra Nevada cooperated with Spiegelau to develop the IPA glass.

The factory in Germany told us this morning that they have an exclusivity agreement with these breweries which prevents Spiegelau to custom decorating the IPA glass.
Unfortunately they will not be able to apply your logo on this glass.
Sorry.

Kind regards,

Bert
So, the glass cost is a bit more than I thought it would shake out. Not sure if I'm still as enthusiastic.....but let me know what you think.

Know1 (Jeremy) is checking with our last glass guy to see if there is an option there.

I put a word in and he's looking into it. They deal with some Ridel glassware which appears to be teamed up with Spiegelau for distribution. I'll post up when I hear back.
Kegged: El Dorado IPA, Rocketfuel 2.0, Wet Hopped Pale, Ryrish Red, Marzen, BN Exchange Dunkel, BN Exchange NEIPA, Lies Lies Lies - Citra <0.5% ale
Fermenting: NZ Pilsner with Enigma, Strawberry brett cider

this made me laugh a little :D

I'd also be interested in two... if we just got ones with blank sides, maybe we can find a local printer to apply the logo
This is my signature. There are many like it, but this one is mine.
