I'll save the exclamation point until I try the beers.

So how far along are they? This year?
They told me Jan 2013, but these things can change, right?

PS Some of the new places are being very mum about giving me info for TAPS!

Not Kilted Moose though. He is gung ho and that is awesome. he's already working the market. Smart.
Just spent a couple hours with him. Jeremy White. He's savvy equipment wise. Been home brewing forever and has brewed at a small farmhouse brewery in BC. (Crannag?)

His consultant and friend is Shirley _____ (forget last name) who used to be at Queen Molly and Garrison. She's in Van-city at Steamworks.

I have some of his beer here. A stout. It's poured from a tap, so short shelf life. Anyone who wants a taste call me and pop by.

We went to RB for lunch and Greg was a great host. Jeramy left amazed at Greg's beers and happy that we both liked his beer.

He won't be using the name with "Moose" in it. Those New Brunswickers are too fucking litigious.

He's got his own hop farm. He's in Nyanza just outside of Baddeck near the Red Barn.

I expect we'll see him on here soon.

Looking forward to trying some of his beers when he starts selling. Sounds like he's doing things right.

Also glad they aren't using the name kilted moose. Hopefully they aren't using something equally as kitschy.

This.

The Atlantic provinces really need some imagination, style and edginess.
At Alexander Keith's we follow the recipes first developed by the great brewmaster to the absolute letter. :wtf:

I'll swing by. Was planning to head that way to restock on coffee beans.
Brewing right now: whatever is going on tap at Stillwell in a few weeks.
