You guys need to come in for Brewnosers meetings. A bottle or two always gets pulled from the cellar for those.

I ran into this small photo collection of beer cellars this week. The second guy I've heard of. The first one, no... but I appreciate his dedication to cellaring his brews!

And I use the cupboards out of my Grandmothers old house. Seams kinda getto now.
