New NSLC Items

Post by Seanstoppable » Wed Dec 01, 2010 11:11 am

Stopped by the NSLC on the weekend to pick up some Blanche de Chambly (those saison bottles aren't emptying themselves) and noticed some new items. Thought I would let people know in case they were unaware and notice some things that interest them.

Christmas gift packs:
Affligem
Erdinger
Stella
Faxe
Hobgoblin Ale Gift Tin
Innis & Gunn

New Products:
Fuller's London Pride
Fuller's 2010 Vintage Ale
Innis & Gunn Highland Cask Ale
Mongozo Gluten Free Organic

And I think that's it.

I've also seen a gift pack with a bottle each of Pilsner Urquell, Grolsh, and something else I can't remember and a glass for each. I've seen it at a few stores.

I picked up a Duvel giftpack at the LCBO when I was in Toronto a few weeks ago. Unfortunately I couldn't fit any more in my suitcase so its stashed at my in-laws til next time I go up there. I was hoping NSLC might have it too, but so far no luck.

I picked up the the Innis & Gunn Highland Cask a couple weeks ago & haven't tried it yet. Is the Innis & Gunn Gift pack have the bottles in the boxes? I won't touch it otherwise. Any Innis & Gunn I've ever had that was not in its own box has been skunky.
:pow:

BTW - love the new smiley choices

Oh, & I picked up a couple Fullers Vintage Ale in Moncton - hopefully Amherst will have some now, but if not, I've got 2 in my cellar.

Yes, those Fullers Vintage Ales sound interesting.
At Alexander Keith's we follow the recipes first developed by the great brewmaster to the absolute letter. :wtf:
