Smoked Meat Cactus Pale Ale

Sound crazy? I know! I was watching the show Brew Dogs a few days ago and in the last episode two Scotsmen went to Colorado for their show and brewed the above beer with solar power. Sounds kind of interesting and crazy all together if you ask me and I would have liked to try it. Pretty sure they smoked 2 row on the grill under meat and the drippings gave the flavour along with cactus etc. They used highly reflective mirrors to heat the mash along with heating stones to really give the temperature a boost.
