We killed Messie v1.0 last night! 13 months old and as fresh as could be :drunk:

That was some damn tasty grub.
At Alexander Keith's we follow the recipes first developed by the great brewmaster to the absolute letter. :wtf:

I was pretty surprised how well it worked. We crammed a lot of meat through it - twice. Man those were good burgers. Definitely on the menu for Hoptoberfest, which should become Septemberfest this year...

That little grinder worked great! We ground about 36 lbs twice in about 35 minutes total. Well with a 1 hour beer break in between :lol: :spilly:

The burger is delicious, 50% brisket and 50% bottom blade/chuck/short rib. :cheers2:
