Unibroue Winter Taster Pack

Post by Eagleray » Thu Jan 31, 2013 9:26 am

If anybody is traveling and sees this AND has extra room in the trunk I'd love to try the Fringante. I really enjoy Unibroue beer and haven't had this one yet.

Thanks!

Jason

You should check out the Sleeman Cold Beer Store in Burnside. They carry a good selection of Unibroue products, including the seasonal mixed packs. They recently brought in 4 cases of Terrible.. which sold out within a few days.

The manager usually responds pretty quickly from their FB page: http://www.facebook.com/pages/Sleeman-C ... 24?fref=ts" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

And this is why this site kicks ass
"Twenty years ago — a time, by the way, that hops such as Simcoe and Citra were already being developed, but weren’t about to find immediate popularity — there wasn’t a brewer on earth who would have gone to the annual Hop Growers of American convention and said, “I’m going to have a beer that we make 4,000 barrels of, one time a year. It flies off the shelf at damn near $20 a six-pack, and you know what it smells like? It smells like your cat ate your weed and then pissed in the Christmas tree.” - Bell’s Brewery Director of Operations John Mallet on the scent of their popular Hopslam.

I ran out of time on my lunch so didn't get to eat, I did however pickup the taster pack!

Thanks guys, I had no idea that they carried Unibroue there.

Fringante in small bottles? Cool, that used to be like Terrible - only available in the 750s on special occasions. Had no idea they brought in stuff like La Terrible.
