I noticed on the Keiths website that they are now contracting out to a brewery in NY. Should be fun to see what the US beer crowd thinks when they buy some Keiths IPA and expect it to be an actual IPA.
I also noticed in their brewmaster's blog that they continue to bring up AK's original quotes on brewing quality beer:
“Only the finest pure barley malt and select hops shall be used to brew our beer...."

Are there not a fair amount of adjuncts in Keith's IPA?

Re: Keiths Brewed in NY now
They're probably banking on a technicality: the hops and barley malt are probably considered the finest available to them in mass quantity, and the phrasing seems to leave it open to have other substandard ingredients in it. Had they said "Our beer is made using only the finest pure barley malt, select hops, water, and yeast." It'd make it harder to weasel out of it, imo.John G wrote:I also noticed in their brewmaster's blog that they continue to bring up AK's original quotes on brewing quality beer:

Brewing right now: whatever is going on tap at Stillwell in a few weeks.
