Dartmouth drinkers have been sipping beer and rum and Cokes there for five decades.

But Saturday will be last call for regulars at the Old Mill Lounge and Restaurant at 200 Wyse Rd.

“It will be the end of an era,” said bar owner Jason Cain.

Weeks ago, the building the Old Mill calls home was sold. The lounge and restaurant has to be packed up and out by July 17.

“The last big bash is Saturday night and that will be the end of it,” said Cain.

He said he may reopen the establishment elsewhere under a different banner. But anybody who wants to sample an Old Mill steak had better get down there by the weekend.

Six people will lose their jobs when the lounge and restaurant closes.
At Alexander Keith's we follow the recipes first developed by the great brewmaster to the absolute letter. :wtf:
