Homebrew at Beer Fests?

they wants a new law legalising homebrew at festivals! Imagine trading a keg of beer for some tickets to a fest, then going in and drinking it

Good idea. Too bad it looks like they are going to have two seperate events in the future on for homebrew and one for commercial and the public. Would be a good way to get people into brewing their own beer.
