I'm actually NOT bummed by this (maybe 'cause I knew it was coming)... the family behind Volo have so much on the go, so many cool new projects, including an all-sour/barrel-aged beer spot coming up in Little Italy (and a little festival called Cask Days). Next location of Volo will only be the icing on the cake for those beer missionaries!
