Manifold / Distributor

Post by naes100 » Sun Apr 03, 2016 12:28 pm

Hi Folks, looking for some advice. Going from a 2 tap setup to 4. I currently have a double regulator. Was thinking about buying a 4 way co2 distributor as per the below. I would hook one of the regulator ports to the 4 way distributor (all at pouring pressure) and leave the other regular port open for force carbonating my kegs (i.e. hooking the keg up and rocking the keg before putting it in the fridge and hooking it up to the 4 way) and my beer gun. Any drawbacks or concerns with the above?! Appreciate any input! TIA!

No issues at all with what you describe, probably mimics a lot of the setups currently out there. Personally, I have a single output regulator running to a manifold and it works, no problem.

Just be aware that one leak in the system and you loose CO2.
