nomination for brewnoser of the year
Just wanted to give a huge shoutout to John G for being possibly the most dedicated beer train participant yet. He managed to bring me a bottle of gueuze and a half growler of Unfiltered DIPA halfway around the world. Unfortunately his work didn't get him up to Hokkaido, so we didn't get to meet up for a pint. Anyway, it warms my heart. thanks a lot to you and anyone else who helped! next round is definitely on me.

Give John an extra star! Even Margaret thinks that's great.

Hey Liam. Thanks for the kind words. I just got back home today and saw this thread. Glad to get your beer to you. Honestly it was not too difficult thanks to the marvels of domestic parcel shipping in Japan, so I was more than happy to bring it with me. Enjoy!
