Another 5 taps being added next week. The emphasis is more and more on craft beer. This is rapidly becoming the Stillwell of the valley, right in the heart of wine country. The two are complimentary. I think this kind of thing, along with all the wineries and wine tours, breweries and beer tours starting up. It could go far.

It's like when a MacDonald's opens up a new place, Burger king builds across the road, and rather than killing each other's business, it pulls in more people to the new fast food area of town.

Now we are getting a wine and craft beer district, right here. :rockin:

Now it's act one, scene two. I like this story now. Scene one depressed the hell out of me. All breweries are represented now, there's even unfiltered there, plus many other good beers (I had the BadApple when I was there and enjoyed it). I like the way this is going.

An influential local business man, with a passion for craft beer, told me he advised the owner, Sam, (a good friend of his), at the outset, to focus on craft beer, since everywhere he has been that does that, is really popular. I'm not sure how much his advice weighed in, as Sam also seems to have the same passion for craft beer, but when I bumped into Sam yesterday on the railway line, he was so excited to tell me he had another 5 taps going in next week.

Cheers to another great establishment. I'll be supporting them.

Here's a thought ... If you are into food/beer paring, really hoppy beers "kill pizza". They need something in there like an ordinary bitter, or even a Working Man mild. ;)

Cheers Sam! You handled scene 1 & 2 well.
