It's all Smoke & Mirrors
On tap Saturday, November 22nd at open (4:00 P.M.) we have....

Smoke & Mirrors - a classic Bamberg-style Rauchbier (Smoked Lager).

Over 80% of the malted barley used was beechwood smoked with the remainder being Munich malt. It's a blend of smoke and malt with balance and intensity, completely complementary of one another. A true lager with Märzen-like qualities sporting a malty, toasty richness and an almost bacon-like smokiness (mmm bacon), it's delicious. Finishes malty and lightly sweet with moderate, balanced, hop bitterness.

The kitchen will be cranking out grilled cheese and bacon sandwiches to pair.
